Which file format can I upload?
JPEG, PNG or PDF files, up to 20 MB each and up to 10 files per order. You can write a separate note for every file, for example front side or back side. Other formats (CDR, AI, PSD) or larger files can be sent on WhatsApp after you order. No design yet? Tick "I need design help" in the order form.
How do I pay?
All orders are paid in full upfront by manual bank transfer, before printing starts. After you place your order you get a private order page with our bank details and the exact amount to transfer (your total plus a 2-digit unique code so we can match your transfer). Upload your transfer proof there; we verify it, then your order joins the print queue.
How soon can I get my order?
You choose the deadline yourself when you order. The earliest available date is two days after your order date, so every job gets the time it needs to be printed properly.
In what order are orders printed?
Printing follows the print queue. Your order joins the queue once your payment is verified, and every order is printed in the order it joined. The same rule applies to all customers, including company orders.
Can I add more design files after ordering?
Yes, before your order goes into printing: send the extra files on WhatsApp with your order code, and our team attaches them to your order.
How do I track my order?
Use the private link you get right after ordering. If you left an email address we also send it there. You can look up an order on the Order Status page with your order code and WhatsApp number.

Send us a message on WhatsApp with your specifications. We will confirm the price and help you set up the order.
